Today I went to see the show at Joshua Creek in Oakville and met up with owner Sybil Rampen, who asked me if I liked where she put my ‘Barn Cat’ painting. How could I react in any other way than with a big smile? I love that it made the big Gallery Room! It is so befitting to see it hang in an old barn, with the subject of the painting being an old barn and the framing being from … a window from an old barn! It does not get any better than that!
The ‘Blue Horse’ also got a really nice spot, right at the entrance of the Gallery building. It is in perfect harmony with some other blue art on that wall.
I will not be able to attend the Open House on November 12, unfortunately, but I hope that many will enjoy my paintings!
