At the edge of yet another year ending I am sending you my very best wishes for 2024. I was floored with a bad cold and laryngitis in the past few weeks, but I think I am finally winning the fight against the virus. I am looking forward to it with high hopes – maybe a new place to live, improved health and being able to shoot some roots into the Ontario soil. We have been on the move since 2009 and now we are looking for a permanent spot in the province. Help us pray for our dream house in coveted Port Stanley, the place that inspires me so much as an artist. My shoulder injury is slowly healing and I am bursting with inspiration for new paintings. This year ended with a bit of frustration and disappointment in that area – I don’t think I have ever been this passive as an artist before. Let’s call it the calm before a new wave of new works.
