He likes it! &#8220;I hope your painting continues to be as good as it is,&#8221; he comments on the audio. &#8220;That is a very good painting of me. It is much better than the usual paintings I get of me. It is good!&#8221; Wow.<\/strong><br><br>This is a triple thrill for me. First of all, what more can an artist wish for if it isn&#8217;t the approval of the subject of their painting? And second: I have been a fan of Sir Billy ever since I saw him first perform, when I lived in Australia. He and I lived in many of the same countries, but we never met. But to receive a personal audio message of him, is an absolute highlight for me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:45px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>My question to him was: &#8220;How long does it take you to grow a full beard from scratch?&#8221; I figured that this would be a thing nobody else would ask. Many times I have seen Sir Billy without any facial hair, and the next moment he appears in a full beard. It just made me wonder.
