This portrait is a study of an African-American young lady, who posed online especially for artists. As such it is as if one paints from life!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her name is Nedah and I loved her face as soon as I saw it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was the smoothness of her skin, the orange glow of her hair and mouth, as well as the the brightness of her eyes that attracted me. I consider this painting, on a fairly small panel, a study. A study of skin tones of a young lady who was willing to pose under wonderful studio lights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
